Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over $150 (AUD), Australia-wide. Orders under $150 are charged shipping at checkout, calculated on your delivery address and order size. See our shipping policy for full details.
Where do you ship from, and how long does delivery take?
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Wodonga, Victoria. Delivery times vary by destination — regional and remote addresses may take longer than metropolitan areas. If there is any delay with your order, our customer service team will contact you.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we send a confirmation with tracking details where available. If you have not received tracking or your order seems delayed, call (02) 6056 6685 or email accounts@maxglobalproducts.com.au and we will chase it up.
When will my customised or decorated order be dispatched?
Orders with embroidery, screen printing or other customisation are dispatched once decoration is complete. Turnaround is confirmed when you approve your artwork, so you will know the expected timeframe before production starts.
Customisation & Decoration
What customisation services do you offer?
We offer three in-house decoration services: embroidery, screen printing and sublimation. We also produce custom caps and hats, custom teamwear, custom sportswear and custom signage. All decoration is quoted per job based on your artwork, quantities and placements.
Should I choose embroidery, screen printing or sublimation?
As a rule of thumb: choose embroidery for a premium, durable finish on uniforms, polos and jackets; screen printing for bold colour on larger runs of tees, hoodies and hi-vis; and sublimation for full-colour sports and team kit where the design is dyed into the fabric. Our decoration comparison guide covers durability, colour count and fabric suitability in detail.
What artwork do I need to supply?
Email us your logo or design along with the garments you would like decorated. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) or high-resolution images give the best result. Whatever you send, we confirm colours, size and placement with a proof before any production starts — nothing is decorated until you approve it.
Is there a minimum order for decoration?
It depends on the method. Embroidery suits small runs and does not carry restrictive minimums. Screen printing is priced on quantity, colours and placement, so the per-unit price improves on larger runs. Sublimated teamwear is made to order as a kit. Request a quote and we will confirm what works for your quantity.
Which garments can be decorated?
Embroidery is available on all apparel we stock — polos, business shirts, jackets, vests, hoodies, fleeces, softshells and hi-vis workwear. Screen printing is available on all apparel and headwear, including caps, bucket hats and beanies. Sublimation applies to custom-made sportswear and teamwear.
Quotes & B2B Accounts
How do I request a quote?
Add the products you are interested in to your cart and submit a quote request from the cart page, or contact us directly on (02) 6056 6685. For decorated orders, email sales@maxglobalproducts.com.au with your artwork and rough quantities so we can include digitising or screen set-up in the quote.
Do you offer business (B2B) or trade accounts?
Yes. We supply businesses, schools, clubs and government customers Australia-wide, and account customers get access to a dedicated online account portal. Credit accounts are subject to our credit terms and conditions. Email accounts@maxglobalproducts.com.au to set up an account.
Do you supply uniforms for schools, clubs and sports teams?
Yes. We supply school uniforms, sportswear and fully sublimated custom teamwear with player names, numbers and sponsor logos. Tell us about your team or school's requirements and we will put together a quote.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and you will need proof of purchase. Contact accounts@maxglobalproducts.com.au to start a return — items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted. See our refund policy for full details.
Can I return sale items or customised products?
No. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned, and custom products — including decorated or personalised garments — are also excluded. If you are unsure whether an item is returnable, get in touch before you buy and we will confirm.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Call (02) 6056 6685 or email accounts@maxglobalproducts.com.au with your order number and a photo of the problem.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card issuers can take additional time to post the refund; if more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.
Sizing
How do I choose the right size?
Sizing varies from brand to brand, so always check the size chart on the product page before ordering. We stock sizes from 6 to 28 in women's clothing, XXS to 9XL in men's clothing, and AU 2 to 17 in footwear. Our brand size chart page collects the major brands' charts in one place, and you can contact us for sizing advice.
Will the colour match what I see on screen?
We aim to represent products accurately, but actual colour and texture cannot always be conveyed perfectly by digital photography. Lighting and monitor settings also affect how colours appear on screen. If an exact colour match matters — for corporate uniforms, for example — contact us before ordering and we can help confirm.
Standards & Compliance
What do hi-vis Class D, Class N and Class D/N mean?
They are the garment classes in AS/NZS 4602.1, the Australian standard for high-visibility safety garments. Class D is for daytime use, Class N is for night use with retroreflective tape, and Class D/N covers both day and night. Our hi-vis compliance guide explains who needs which class and when taped garments are required.
Are your safety boots certified to Australian standards?
Safety footwear sold for Australian workplaces is certified to AS 2210.3, which requires a protective toecap rated to a 200-joule impact. Certification details are listed on each product page. Our safety boot buying guide explains the standard and the differences between steel and composite toecaps.
What is the difference between steel and composite toecaps?
Both must pass the same impact and compression tests under AS 2210.3, so one is not safer than the other. Steel caps are slimmer in profile and typically cheaper; composite caps are lighter, do not conduct heat or cold, and contain no metal, which suits sites with metal detectors. See our safety boot buying guide for a full comparison.
