Credit Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility for Credit

Credit facilities are available to approved customers only. Applicants must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate business and contact details
  • Pass internal credit assessment checks

Max Global Products reserves the right to approve or decline any credit application at its discretion.

2. Credit Limit

  • A credit limit will be assigned upon approval.
  • Credit limits may be reviewed, adjusted, or withdrawn at any time.
  • Orders that exceed the approved credit limit may be placed on hold until payment is received.

3. Invoicing & Payment Terms

  • Invoices are issued once goods are dispatched.
  • Standard payment terms are 30 days from invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments must be made in full by the due date.

4. Late Payments

  • Overdue accounts may attract interest at 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.
  • Accounts overdue by more than 45 days may have credit privileges suspended.
  • Max Global Products may require future orders to be prepaid if payment history is unsatisfactory.

5. Returns & Credits

  • Returned goods are subject to inspection and approval.
  • Approved returns will be issued as account credits only.
  • Credits cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Order Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to stock availability and final approval.
  • Max Global Products reserves the right to cancel or limit orders without prior notice.

7. Information & Privacy

  • Customers consent to the use of provided information for:
  • Credit assessment
  • Account management
  • Compliance with legal and financial obligations

All information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

8. Termination of Credit Facility

  • Either party may terminate the credit agreement with written notice.
  • Upon termination, all outstanding balances become immediately payable.

9. Governing Law

These Credit Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes shall be subject to Australian courts.
